Sebastien is a serial entrepreneur, venture architect and academic researcher with more than twenty years across corporate strategy, corporate venturing and financial technology. He founded xcube.co and co-founded io.Finnet, a digital asset infrastructure platform serving more than 300 financial institutions. He developed the frameworks for multi-corporate venture capital and ecosystem-led innovation that inform the firm's orchestration approach. He held faculty positions at EM Normandie and Toulouse School of Management and was a Visiting Scholar at Singapore Management University, where his applied research focused on corporate innovation ecosystems. He holds a PhD from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Eelee is a FinTech and RegTech leader with more than eighteen years across Southeast Asia, the wider APAC region and MENA, specialising in regulatory engagement, corporate governance and risk. She was a founding team member of AsiaVerify, a KYB, KYC and AML RegTech where she grew revenue by more than 300 percent year on year. As an executive and co-founder at xcube.co she led a GCC central bank consultation on stablecoin regulation and directed market expansion into MENA. She is an Accredited Board Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors and an elected member of its Technology and Digital Committee.
Lynette is a venture strategist and sustainable finance executive with more than twenty years building and scaling technology ventures across Asia, Europe and MENA. At SC Ventures, the innovation arm of Standard Chartered, she took Huma.eco from proof of concept to a USD 10 million valuation and a USD 3.5 million pre-seed round within eighteen months, and chaired its global board. She has held venture building roles at the ING Bank Innovation Lab and at LU International, part of Ping An Group, and founded Sirius Impact Venture. Her expertise spans venture building and commercialisation, corporate venture governance, fundraising and investor relations, and ESG and sustainable finance. She is an Accredited Senior Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors and was named among the Top 65 FinTech people in Singapore in 2023.
